Please note that plan benefits vary by policy. Some plans may require deductibles or co-pays at the time of service.
 

If your plan is not listed, please call us. Coverage updates occur frequently and we are happy to verify your benefits for you.

We welcome patients with out-of-network insurance. Many plans still offer reimbursement for chiropractic care, even when we are not contracted with them.

• We can provide courtesy billing or itemized receipts (superbills) for reimbursement.
   
• Patients are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by insurance.
   

We are enrolled with Medicare to provide manual spinal manipulation services.

• Medicare covers spinal adjustments for active treatment
   
• Medicare does not cover exams, x-rays, therapies, or maintenance care
   
• A small co-pay may apply
   

Our staff will help you understand what is covered at the time of service.

To verify benefits, we typically need:

• Insurance card (front and back)
   
• Date of birth of the insured
   
• Employer name (if applicable)

Payment for deductibles, co-pays, or non-covered services is due at time of service.
